The Amazing Office In Madrid 2014 HD 1080p This aerodynamic tube office, designed by Spanish architects Jose Selgas and Lucia Cano, allows its workers to feel as though they're working in the middle of a picturesque Spanish forest. Half of the office, which the two architects designed for their architecture firm Selgascano, is dug into the ground in a forest outside of Madrid. This ensures that the office stays cool even during the hot Spanish summers. A long window that curves up to the ceiling runs along the length of the office and eliminates the need for artificial lighting during the day. This window is also attached to a hinge and pulley mechanism that allows it to open up and keep the building ventilated. The other half of the building features an insulated fiberglass wall that hel...
As part of an investigation into alleged money laundering the Interior Ministry said, on Wednesday Spanish police raided the Madrid offices of China's biggest bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Europol said in a statement, over 100 police were involved in the operation. It saw the arrest of five ICBC directors. The spokesman added, "Strictly implementing anti-money laundering regulations, and strictly operating within the law and regulations have always been our fundamental operation and management principles." The Chinese embassy in Spain said it currently had no reason to believe the bank had been breaking the law. http://feeds.reuters.com/~r/reuters/topNews/~3/2cRxpzqGgJk/story01.htm http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
from here: http://www.rtve.es/mediateca/videos/20101220/mourinho-critica-a-directiva-del-madrid/969257.shtml In summary, Mourinho said that he was handed a list (made by the club) of the 13 errors committed by the match referee. If he were talk about them, he would be banned from the next match. He was asked in the last presser if he was tired. Mou said he's not tired or under pressure when he does what he likes: coaching. But he's tired of the bad calls in La Liga. His team needs to be defended, but it shouldn't just be him that's doing it. It should come from the club as well. He went on to say that he will talk with F. Pérez about all of this because they have differing opinions.

Travel video about destination Madrid in Spain. Madrid is Europe's most elevated metropolis, a royal capital of history, outstanding buildings and cultural treasures. Most of Spain's royal palaces are in Madrid, the capital of Spain since the 17th century. Including the Royal Palace, that even today serves as a royal castle. The colossal building of grey granite and limestone owes its impressive appearance to its length of 500 metres and strategic elevated location. On the southern side of the castle is Madrid's most recent cathedral, Almudena Cathedral. It boasts a combination of styles between New Gothic and Classical and was 200 years in construction. Madrid also has a boulevard that has transformed it into a major metropolis, the Gran Via, that compares in both flair and dimensions ...

SELGAS CANO ARCHITECTURE OFFICE Whether your view at the office is of another cubicle, a wall, or even a panoramic look at your city, there’s no way you’ll ever see a snake slithering by at eye-level. But that’s exactly what the workers at this Madrid office see, as their mini building/tube is located smack dab in the middle of the woods. Designed by Spanish architects Jose Selgas and Lucia Cano (of Selgas Cano), the structure is half dug into the ground, keeping it cool during the summer. A long window lets natural light in all day, and the window is also attached to a hinge and pulley for occasional ventilation. An insulated fiberglass wall makes up the other half of the building, providing shade. The truly unique setup means workers have the forest floor at eye-level, letting them wat...

Yolanda Pila wanted to convert her grandparent’s forties-style tiny home on the outskirts of Madrid into something that would fit her more modern lifestyle, as well as an in-home design studio. At her invitation, PKMN architects redesigned the 50-square-meter (538 square feet) home using sliding shelving units to create rooms that expand and disappear depending on the time of day. The movable modules are common in warehouses and commercial spaces (they are suspended from the ceiling on rails), but here the architects appropriated them as flexible walls for the different rooms in Yolanda’s home.
